About Us

National Arts Diversity Integration Association (NADIA) is a non-profit organization based in New York City dedicated to supporting artists and arts initiatives in performance, leadership, and research.

NADIA operates Amplified Currents Festival of the Arts (ACFA), a bi-annual interdisciplinary arts festival that curates intimate performances and conversations with a particular focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, the creative process, and community engagement.

In addition to Amplified Currents, NADIA has presented keynote speakers, curated performances, and created program notes for other organizations and initiatives. Past engagements include the United Nations Chamber Music Society, Opus Illuminate, Literary Music Series, and the Kings County Family Court Black History Month Committee.

NADIA’s Research Team examines a broad array of subject areas that focus on the work and contributions of traditionally underrepresented artists and communities in the arts. The Research Team has also created and maintained an expansive library of original work that includes original program notes, biographies, interviews, and various case studies.
